About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Billion Auto. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and delivering a minimum number of vehicles per month, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
  • Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
  • Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems
  • Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a prospect development system
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

We offer a stable income with a guaranteed base salary, volume bonuses in addition to this base salary, and an annual bonus for all sales associates. No earning caps We also offer a huge inventory of 26 dealerships, including 18 franchises in the Midwest, with over 6000 vehicles in our inventory. Our sales associates can sell from any of our dealerships in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa.
