Are you passionate about marketing and possess exceptional organizational abilities? This role is integral to our sales department, collaborating with account executives and clients to create impactful outdoor advertising strategies that yield measurable outcomes.

The Sales & Campaign Coordinator is responsible for executing all sales administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle, both pre- and post-contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential customer leads for the sales team.
  • Preparing compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinating the implementation of advertising campaigns sold by the sales team.
  • Assisting Account Executives, the Sales Manager, and/or General Manager with additional tasks as needed.

  • An hourly wage of $21, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to accurately compile and enter data in a timely manner.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative and commercially aware.
  • Familiarity with public relations practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively.
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Two years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in data management and Gmail is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Daily Responsibilities:

Before Contract Phase:

  • Prospecting new customer leads.
  • Preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Providing product and pricing information to clarify customer requests.
  • Maintaining customer databases and preparing reports.
  • Tracking sales expenses for reimbursement.

After Contract Phase:

  • Coordinating ongoing activities and communications related to advertising campaigns.
  • Updating Account Executives and clients on campaign status.
  • Managing campaign progress and delivering installation and performance proof.
  • Resolving issues during campaigns by identifying solutions.

Work Environment:

The primary work setting is an office environment. Physical demands include lifting less than 25% of the time, reading, color distinction, and sitting for extended periods. Travel requirements are minimal.
