Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design processes to support business growth and expansion.
  • Facilitate senior leader transition planning, executive development, and coaching to ensure seamless leadership succession.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and systems to enhance performance and organizational design.
  • Lead global performance management, engagement, talent review, and succession planning processes to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
  • At least 8 years of experience in implementing performance and organizational development solutions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep expertise in designing and delivering OD solutions globally, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to craft customized OD strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, relationship building, and consultative skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS technologies and a strong understanding of data-driven decision making.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
