Sales Growth Specialist

A highly motivated Business Development Representative is needed to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will manage and qualify leads, close deals, and build strong client relationships.

The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year, with the opportunity to determine your own earning potential with a commission-based role.
**Job Description:**
This role is all about mastering the art of lead flow, sealing the deal, building relationships, being the lead management pro, and driving results. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, handling low-volume importers, connecting with potential clients, uncovering opportunities, and hitting clearly defined key performance indicators.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- You are a self-motivated go-getter who prides themselves on responsiveness.
- Focused on client experience and results, you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Super organized, you can work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Great with systems, you have experience with CRMs like Pipedrive and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Sales experience is a plus, but drive and determination are key.
