Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker (Material Handler) to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of all assigned warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Unload containerized waste from route trucks
- Reload route trucks with supplies and equipment for next day's runs
- Ensure all waste and containers are in acceptable shipping condition and organized for transport to recycle or distribution centers
- Stock the warehouse with received materials
- Prepare waste loads for shipment
- Perform housekeeping duties, including painting, picking up trash, sweeping, cleaning, and straightening
- Empty and fill drums of solvent mineral spirits
- Perform minor repairs on parts washers at the warehouse
- Observe third-party bulk liquid transfers
- Assist with inventory count at the warehouse
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow specific instructions
- Work with minimal supervision at times
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform job requirements
- Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
- Forklift experience
- Previous relevant experience
