Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Excavation Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that excavation and construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.



Responsibilities



  • Supervise and coordinate excavation and construction activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with safety standards;

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, materials used, and any issues encountered;

  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution;

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as needed;

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising safety or quality.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • A valid CDL A license;

  • At least 2 years of experience in excavation or construction operations;

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
