We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to support our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate appointments, events, and travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
- Develop and maintain accurate and efficient filing systems
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
