RN - Maternal Child Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Maternal Child Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units within the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Maternal Child department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
- Labor and Deliver OR NICU Experience
