About the RoleThis part-time position is available on a Night shift. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of providing world-class healthcare with human connection.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Maternal Child Float Pool unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
- Labor and Deliver OR NICU Experience
