Maternal Child Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Maternal Child Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Maternal Child Float Pool, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
- Labor and Deliver OR NICU Experience.
