About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Maternal Child Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Maternal Child Float Pool Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns in the Maternal Child Float Pool
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Labor and Deliver OR NICU Experience
