Career Opportunity: Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative

Crystal Clean LLC, a leading environmental waste services company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase antifreeze sales and revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and new customers
  • Perform services at customer facilities, including handling of pump hoses, pumping of antifreeze containers, and operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts and develop new customers
  • Assess potential customer needs and present Crystal Clean products and services
  • Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing and achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including environmental, health, and safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds Crystal Clean's published standards
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
  • Frequent lifting of standard hose from the ground to the tank weighing up to 40lbs
  • Occasional climbing of company-approved step stool to access antifreeze containers
  • Occasional pulling/dragging of hoses out of truck up to 100ft at a time (10-40lbs)
  • Pushing/pulling of hand trucks or jacks to move product in and out of trucks
Work Environment

While performing essential duties of this position, an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, drive frequently, and comfortably use electronic devices and other office equipment. Essential duties require bending, squatting, climbing, lifting, and twisting frequently. Noise level in the workplace can vary based upon the work environment.
