Customer Care Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Research case status using VACMs and provide timely feedback to customers
  • Assess customer needs and route calls to appropriate staff and resources
  • Key information into agency's computer systems and pull reports as needed
  • Create resident inquiry tickets in Harmony and update case status daily

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
