The Junior Brand Marketing Associate is a vibrant and engaging role. Initially, we emphasize developing the Junior Brand Marketing Associates in several critical areas, including a comprehensive understanding of the client's brand, sales techniques, and management strategies, along with the ability to cultivate relationships with consumers. Once a solid foundation is established, the Junior Brand Marketing Associate will collaborate with our Sales team to enhance their expertise in maintaining client relationships and continuously advancing their brand, closing sales, negotiating agreements, scheduling, and managing operations on a broader scale.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Brand Marketing Associate:

  • Stay informed about all client brand details and the latest sales strategies.
  • Generate new and repeat sales directly through consumer engagement.
  • Understand every alternative option available for each potential consumer to meet their needs, including additional enhancements to existing packages.
  • Provide exceptional client and customer service with professionalism in both written and verbal communication.

Qualifications for the Junior Brand Marketing Associate:
