Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases, CAM charges, and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English fluency required and Chinese fluency a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to take on multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively with others.
