Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ecco Group.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to navigate multiple screens while providing exceptional customer service, and possess good grammar and professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls to assist potential home buyers and provide support for their inquiries.
  • Utilize multiple screens to efficiently manage customer interactions and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Ability to work 11:30am-8pm, including every other Saturday.
  • Must be able to work onsite in our Sanford, FL office.
Benefits
