Medical Transfer Coordinator

Henry Ford Hospital seeks a skilled Medical Transfer Coordinator to facilitate patient transfers in a safe and efficient manner. As part of the System Command Center team, you will coordinate all aspects of patient transfers, utilizing your clinical expertise to prioritize transfers based on urgency and acuity.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least two years of RN clinical experience in an acute care setting. You will be able to effectively communicate with physicians and staff to achieve quality outcomes, working in a high-stress environment with adaptability and critical thinking skills. A current license to practice in Michigan as a Registered Nurse is required.
