Career Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting physical assessments.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based care.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective treatment.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.

Requirements:
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
