Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Professional to join our team and provide exceptional patient care and clinical support in the outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and document accurate patient information using electronic medical records
  • Support patients in preparing for visits with healthcare providers
  • Perform various clinical tasks as directed by healthcare providers, including EKGs, wound dressings, and supporting during minor surgical procedures and ancillary examinations
  • Prepare and administer medications according to established policies and procedures
  • Complete patient tests and treatments per healthcare provider's order according to established policies and procedures
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and complete associated paperwork efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Preferred: Graduate of an accredited 1-year certificate or 2-year diploma Medical Assistant program
  • Required: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assist (RMA)
  • Required: Certification by one of the listed governing associations: NHA, AMT, AAMA, NAHP, NCCT, AAH, or AMCA
Salary and Benefits

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, plus competitive benefits and opportunities for growth and development
