Spiritual Support Specialist - Per Diem

Salary:$**40,000 - $60,000 per year**
Job Description:As a Spiritual Support Specialist, you will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, caregivers, and team members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing each patient's spiritual needs and concerns
- Providing direct chaplaincy services to patients, family members, and caregivers
- Consulting with other team members to develop personalized care plans
- Documenting all visits and phone calls in the electronic medical record
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- Ordination/commissioning or ecclesiastical endorsement
