The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Tukwila, WA area market. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing all service work on our filtered water systems, including installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This role requires strong technical and mechanical aptitude, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair water cooler systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter changes, tank cleaning, and UV bulb replacement
  • Inspect systems for leaks and malfunctions, and take corrective action as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service during site visits, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Experience in repair and maintenance, preferably in a water treatment or HVAC environment
  • Technical school degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
