Compensation Overview:
- Base pay of $17.50 per hour or $35,262.50 annually
- Many team members experience a 10% salary increase within their first year, with top achievers seeing raises of up to 15%
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating expertise, building trust, and enhancing client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
