Position Overview

Caldera Care is seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is essential in enhancing the social and emotional well-being of our residents.

Compensation: $20-23 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Social Services Director in addressing the social and emotional needs of residents.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and communicate their concerns to management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required.
  • Support the Resident Council initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Social Services Director on discharge planning.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
