Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all bar areas are stocked and ready for service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management, including regular counts of liquor, beer, and wine.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including local liquor laws.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain financial records as required.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities within the food and beverage department.
- Exhibit reliability by adhering to scheduled shifts and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

- Adhere to professional appearance standards as outlined in company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Ability to serve in various roles as needed, including bartender, server, and cashier.
Skills and Abilities
