Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Foot And Ankle Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the front desk team, medical staff, and ensuring office compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce policies & procedures regarding all aspects of managing and operating the front office including Human Resources and Operations in a medical office.
  • Manage daily office operations, including overseeing the front desk and medical staff, and maintaining multiple doctors' regular and on-call schedules.
  • Create and maintain a positive working environment, and facilitate new employee orientation and training.
  • Maintain monthly inventory, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and cover front desk and Medical Assistant's as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a medical office manager, with a strong working knowledge of medical insurance and billing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.
  • Medical Practice experience, EHR/EMR Experience, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding work environment, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to uphold HIPAA compliance, exercise good judgment and discretion, and write well and communicate with corporate colleagues, providers, and patients as needed.
