Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Operations: Conduct repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations of refrigeration systems, including freezers, refrigerators, and lyophilizers. Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Engage in hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostics of equipment issues, fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work orders, labor, and material costs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer service inquiries and manage work order processes efficiently.

Qualifications:
