Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Unit Coordinator-Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our nursing unit, you will provide exceptional patient care, support, and administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, including bathing, feeding, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing patient records, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
