Unit Coordinator Nursing Assistant Telemetry Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Unit Coordinator Nursing Assistant Telemetry, where you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing units.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Assist with administrative tasks, including order entry, processing, and coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure timely and effective patient care
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Certified Nurse Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
- Previous secretarial skills or healthcare experience preferred
