We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Concierge at Somerby St Vincent. As a Residential Liaison Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while thriving in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist residents and visitors with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
  • Handle and direct incoming phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Keep residents informed of arriving guests, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist residents with their requests and refer them to other staff members as needed.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, next day pay with PayActiv, and excellent health insurance benefits starting at $50 per month for full-time associates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • CPR certification.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
