Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Citizen Leader Lab is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our CRM system, Dynamics, to a fully integrated and functional platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop our CRM system, Dynamics, to a fully integrated and functional platform.
  • Transfer our current Azure system to Dynamics.
  • Provide support to the CRM Manager of Citizen Leader Lab.
  • Integrate the Azure system into Dynamics.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM and Azure integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
