  • Develop and implement effective strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of members' financial situations, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized plans to achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address member needs, ensuring seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve member relationships and services.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of face-to-face interaction experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Baccalaureate degree desired
  • Bilingual
Work Environment:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
