Job Title: Construction Coordinator

Ziply Fiber is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Fiber Design and Construction Organization, you will provide administrative support and reporting functions to ensure the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager, including timekeeping, attendance, and technician PTO management.
  • Assist the Engineering Manager with project assignments, tracking, and closure criteria.
  • Coordinate with local Construction and Inspection teams to manage material procurement and usage tracking.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative role required.
  • Familiarity with Engineering accounting guidelines and various Ziply Construction and Accounting software systems preferred.
