Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our reconstruction team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our reconstruction team, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that projects are progressing as planned and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that our projects meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site visits, meetings, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
