The Customer Service Operations Specialist 2 plays a crucial role in managing daily tasks across various service functions. This position involves performing diverse activities and handling moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks. Responsibilities include conducting calculations and typically working on semi-routine assignments.

The Customer Service Operations Specialist 2 may engage in installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations. This role involves investigating and resolving claims and customer service inquiries. Decisions are generally focused on interpreting departmental policies and methods for completing tasks. The specialist operates within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, allowing for some flexibility in prioritization and timing, while working under minimal supervision. Standard policies and practices are followed, providing opportunities for interpretation, deviation, and independent judgment.

This is a Hybrid position requiring in-office attendance three times a week.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in customer service, including typing and data entry skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technologies, systems, and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.
  • A strong passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in inbound and/or outbound call center operations.

Compensation Range

The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $37,200 - $51,200 per year
