Multisystemic Therapy Program Manager

**Program Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program in New Hampshire. The Program Director will oversee the delivery of intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and fidelity of MST services provided by Community Solutions, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and significant experience providing clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as expertise in program management, including strategic planning, budget oversight, and quality assurance.
In this position, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for conducting staff orientation and training, monitoring program compliance, and participating in community civic groups and advisory committees.

**Salary and Benefits**
The salary range for this position is $75,922 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental plans, voluntary plan options for Vision, FSA, voluntary STD, Accident, Hospital, Life insurance and AD&D, 401(k) Retirement savings plan with automatic enrollment and a company match of 100% up to 4% of your contribution, tuition reimbursement after 1 year service, and ongoing training.
