Northeast Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Family Therapy Program Lead to join our Home and Community Based NH ISO/Fast Forward Program team. As a Lead Clinician, you will play a critical role in helping families thrive while advancing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • In partnership with the Program Coordinators and Program Director, develop and oversee effective implementation of in-home treatment and programming for clients and families.
  • Supervise Case Managers and Parent Aide/Educators to ensure top-quality care.
  • Therapeutically maintain assigned caseload.
  • Attend home and community visits.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in psychology, social work, mental health, counseling, or other related fields.
  • Minimum five years direct work experience assisting children and families preferred.
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle.
