Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization. As a key member of our Customer Service/Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process complex customer orders, including allocation of stock, order file creation, and ship confirmations.
  • Communicate with customers to provide order acknowledgements, order verification, and rescheduling information.
  • Triage customer inquiries and utilize judgment to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work with the Commercial and Operations groups to expedite orders when necessary.
  • Utilize Infor Syteline ERP for order processing and identify process changes to improve response time, accuracy, and data reliability.
  • Maintain customer sales order files in ERP and CRM.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Order entry experience (Salesforce or similar) a plus.
  • Multi-lingual preferred, with French a plus.
  • High level of computer literacy required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work well independently and with others to follow through on assigned tasks.
