About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our students. As an Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Providing guidance and support to our students as they work towards achieving their goals
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • MAPS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
