As a Youth Recovery Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in addressing the needs and aspirations of the Transitional Age Youth (TAY) demographic. Your responsibilities will include engaging in TAY seminars, training sessions, and various events. The Youth Recovery Facilitator will lead initiatives and programs at the Recovery Learning Center, creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Qualifications

Applicants must be between the ages of 21-25. Prior experience as a recipient of mental health services is required. Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and access data. Strong interpersonal skills to inspire confidence and advocate for SERLC participants. Cultural awareness and comfort working with diverse social, racial, and ethnic groups. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred. Certification as a Peer Specialist (CPS) in the state of service is preferred. Required Certifications: CPR and First Aid must be obtained within two weeks of hire; CPSS certification is required; other trainings as assigned.

Driving Requirements

No driver's license check or vehicle is necessary.
