Role Summary

The Full-Cycle Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hires. This position demands a proactive and strategic mindset to ensure we engage and recruit individuals who resonate with our organizational culture and principles.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attraction:
  • Devise and execute creative sourcing strategies to draw in high-caliber candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking opportunities, and employee referrals.
  • Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline by connecting with passive candidates and cultivating enduring relationships.
Screening and Selection:
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint suitable candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to gauge candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Organize and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
  • Perform comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
Candidate Experience:
  • Guarantee a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Serve as a primary contact for candidates, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Offer and Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to present job offers and negotiate employment terms.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
Metrics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to determine the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to HR leadership regarding recruitment progress and outcomes.
Employer Branding:
  • Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
  • Engage in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally within the veterinary field.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, exhibiting a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
