About the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team at BZO Wheel and Tire Distributor. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell high-quality tires and wheels to prospective customers using compelling arguments and presentations.
  • Analyze customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and relationship management.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary, commissions, and a range of benefits including:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
  • Commissions: up to 20% of sales revenue
  • 6 sick/vacation days after the first year
