Industrial Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities to increase client spend.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. They will be familiar with MRO products and technical solutions and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus a 30%+ commission program and a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with existing clients as part of a global team focused on maintenance, repair, and operational (MRO) solutions.
- Partner with Account Management and internal Sales teams to deepen relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct approximately 3-4 in-person client meetings per day to drive engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase client spend by actively seeking new prospects within assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement plans to meet or exceed sales activity and revenue targets.
