  • Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure contract services are delivered to company standards and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control material costs on sold jobs.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operations and activities as requested.
  • Collaborate with the Vidosh North team to achieve targets and maintain a positive company culture.
Requirements
  • Principles and practices of general landscape and construction.
  • Equipment, tools, and materials used in landscape construction activities and services.
  • Principles of sales, management, supervision, and training.
  • Principles and practices of safety management.
  • Principles of hardscape, landscape irrigation/lighting, and horticulture.
  • Office procedures, methods, and equipment, including computers and applicable software applications.
  • Pertinent local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and rules.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
