As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and judgement-free environment in our fitness centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our facilities.
  • Assist with membership-related functions, including sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed.
  • Perform retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of exercise equipment, communal spaces, and restrooms.
  • Perform regular walks of the club areas to identify and address safety and cleanliness concerns.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends.
  • Willingness to become CPR/AED certified.
