Your Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care as an outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary

Requirements

- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
