About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive care to individuals experiencing homelessness. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the clinical operations of our residential shelter, ensuring high-quality mental health and social services are provided.
  2. Develop and implement clinical programs and treatment plans tailored to the needs of our shelter's population.
  3. Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and address client needs effectively.
  5. Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of services and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work (MSW), Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, with a focus on managing clinical staff.
  • Licensure as an LMSW or equivalent is required; additional certifications in mental health or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of clinical professionals.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and best practices in mental health services.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
