Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front-end operations, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Front-End Team: Manage and motivate the front-end team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  2. Implement Operational Processes: Develop and implement operational processes to improve customer satisfaction, reduce wait times, and increase sales.
  3. Analyze Performance Data: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 - $22.70 per hour, depending on location and experience.
