Clinical Operations Manager, Oncology Patient Care

Northwell Health seeks a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager, Oncology Patient Care to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care. With a strong background in nursing and leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our oncology patient care unit.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the nurse manager's implementation of the strategic plan through effective communication with all team members.
- Leading the interviewing, hiring, coaching, and counseling of staff to ensure we have the best talent on board.
- Developing and sustaining relationships with team members, patients, and families centered on trust, respect, and inclusion.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 4-6 years of technical experience, as well as 0-2 years of leadership/management experience. They will also hold a current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State and any specialized certifications required by the position.
