Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at A+ Consulting. As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collection.
- Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, including labeling and packaging.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and laboratory results.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or certification preferred.
- At least three years of experience as a Phlebotomist, with a strong background in pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable.
