Position Summary:
We are in search of a Customer Service Technician who will deliver technical assistance across the Repair, Customer Service, and Sales Departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing part quotations, repair services, troubleshooting, and training on AWT's equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre and post-sales technical support for customer applications.
- Assist clients with Eyecon customer service inquiries.
- Provide expert technical assistance on Eyecon products for both standard and customized configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer issues and create service documentation.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes for parts, repairs, and troubleshooting services.
- Engage with various departments to ensure Eyecon equipment remains functional.
- Evaluate new products and aid in the development of training materials for end users.
- Comply with safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred completion of a vocational or technical program.
Knowledge Base:
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems.
- Basic comprehension of scale systems.
- Prior experience with service management software is advantageous.
